Here is the continuation of pics taken during Day 3 and 4 of Vian's friends' visit to Perth recently.
We visited Kings Park - which is a popular tourist destination in Perth.
By standing atop the hill, we're able to have an eagle's eye view on the breathtaking scenery of the city of Perth.
Surrounded by lush of greens and century-old trees, it is an ideal place to visit for the view or to unwind and relax after a hectic day at work.
This was taken at the memorial square to commemorate the Aussie soldiers who fought in various wars around the world.
The grass-carpeted pathway.
On the 4th day, we went to the Bell Tower.
It's located in the middle of the city and has been a major landmark for Perth city since I don't know when. =P
The unmistakable ferris wheel on the background is called The Wheel of Perth.
Similar to our very own Eye on Malaysia - only 3 times more expensive (RM 15.00 vs AUD 15.00).
September on the outlook seems to be a busy month for the two of us.
Apart from the 4 VIPs from Klang, both our mums will be arriving this Friday for a 3 days trip.
This is on top of the Mandurah trip which we've yet to update on this blog. It was a thoroughly enjoyable escapade from the usual city life in Perth. We also got to witness the lifestyle of the 'rich and famous' who built their multi-million floating holiday homes in Mandurah. Mind you, it's the 6th Most Unaffordable Place to Live in The World. So, we'll be updating about that trip in the next entry.
At the moment, we'll just take a short break before being tour guides for our mums this weekend. Checking out~!
